Personalized Remote Coaching
  • Making fitness accessible by using Skype or FaceTime sessions. Sessions can vary. Sometimes we work through a workout together, yes on the phone or tablet. Other options include mapping out your week of workouts, working on form for certain exercises, as well as discussing some challenges you may have experienced the week before & ensuring your workouts are consistent. 
  • Programs include an online training platform, including smart phone app, that allows you to track your workouts, view videos as well as unlimited messages with me. You can then contact me to set up a complimentary video session to review your individual goals and talk about program options.

In-Person training
  • Locations for in-person personal training are in the Northgate and South Lake Union neighborhoods in Seattle, WA.
